I began my technology career in the Silicon Valley after relocating post-university from Australia in 2006.

From supporting some of the largest IPOs in the late 2000s, I landed in the world of web content management systems (WCMS) and my passion and facination for technology began. I have held a number of Sales Operations Management roles at start-ups through global Fortune 50 organizations across both the hardware, software and services industries, overseeing management and opertions of Sales teams from 5 up to 400 people.

It was during one of my earlier engagements I had the opportunity to join the marketing organization at an early stage technology company, taking a global role to run their marketing event programs, partner marketing, and demand generation businesses across the North America, UK/Europe, India, Middle East and China markets.

I’ve undertaken a number of engagements that have been building (or rebuilting) marketing functions and departments from the ground up, as looking at an organization with a blank piece of paper and a fresh perspective can help brands modernize and transform to succeed in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.

Today, I help organizations prioritize their limited resources and focus their efforts, to deliver meaningful and results driven initiatives and programs. From strategic business planning, to sales operations and enablement, to all facets of marketing planning and execution, I am able to provide organizations much needed support in their business transformation, change management and organizational growth journey.

I hold my Bachelor in Business (B.Bus) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Griffith University in Australia.

I currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada with my husband Chris and dog Gretchen, enjoying the long desert days and the great outdoors.
